By purchasing a raffle ticket you affirm that you are of legal age to purchase a firearm in the state of your residence. All state and federal firearms laws will be followed. XRING will be handling all aspects of transfer.
Winner will need to contact XRING by Sept 16th or it becomes property of CVMA® 50-1.
Out of state winner, has to go through a licensed FFL in their home state. XRING will ship the gun to your FFL and winner will be responsible for Transfer fees. Tickets will be pulled on Aug 16th .
